ABSTRACT

Objective:To improve the level of hospital total budget management.Methods:It carried out the integration of finance and business information,put forward the budget control from financial process to business process,to achieve the effect of business treatment,accounting treatment and budget control synchronization.It enriched budgetary indicators,put integrating business indicators into the budgetary index system.Results:The total budget management based on finance and business integration could guarantee the authoritativeness of hospital's budget control,improve the breadth and depth of budget management,and reduce the intensity of accounting work.Conclusion:The total budget management based on finance and business integration could effectively improve the level of hospital economic management.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To study the implementation of scoring diseases payment under the control of total budget in some ar-eas of China,and provide reference for the further improvement of the payment. METHODS:Based on the operation process of scoring disease payment in the control of toal budget,the specific practices of Huaian,Nanchang,Zhongshan and Taiwan area, were compared. RESULTS:It showed differences in the control and allocation of total budget,the establishment of scoring diseas-es,the setup of adjustment coefficient,the development of balance methods,the complementary mechanism and the monitor exami-nation setting. CONCLUSIONS:Whether to classify the diseases according to diagnosis and treatment methods,how to setup ad-justment coefficient appropriately,how to reimburse the patients in stages and how to strengthen supervision are worthy of further thinking and exploring.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To find out effects of the service unit floating payment system under the total budget control of the medical institution, and explore feasible solution. Methods: Through interpretation of the policy, compare with simple service unit floating payment system to find out the characteristics of the new policy. Results: Through the total budget pre-control system, the new policy can effectively restrain the trend of fast growing on medical expenses. Time of doctor and number of patient ratio indicators are introduced to effectively prevent the medical institution decompose the time of doctor. Conclusion: To achieve the steady growth of medical business, medical institutions need to enhance the management of expense control, develop new business to attract new patients , optimize the medical charge structure.
